We provide straightforward, practical training for staff at all levels so people understand good work. We lean into the frameworks taught in big business and on MBA courses, but tailor them completely to suit the audience.
Organisational Design and People Practice
We both have deep HR experience, so we won't leave loose ends. We know how to ensure that the organisation is set up to work well.
If you have an HR team, we work with them. If HR is covered part-time, we provide guidance and structure so nothing is left hanging.
The aim is a workplace where structure is clear, everything you do with your people is intentional, and work runs smoothly.

From there, we design an integrated plan that brings in whatever is needed coaching, training and mentoring together so leaders, managers and teams develop in step. We deliver in short, focused sprints that fit around the day job, with clear milestones and visible wins. We measure what matters — performance, retention and confidence — and we refine as we learn. The skilful use of AI is vital for any organisation that wants to add value while saving time.
We love AI. We are both enthusiastic adopters of the technology. We have already advised many people on how to get the best from AI tools and we are on a constant journey of discovery.
However, we also appreciate fully that you have to know "what good looks like" first before you ask AI to solve your problems. You need to know exactly what to ask so that you get the answer you need and not just an answer that has been trotted out a thousand times over.
Increasingly we are bringing AI into all of our training programmes. Where a client already has the technology, then we will upskill so that we teach with true conviction. Where it is just a question of learning into ChatGPT or similar, we teach methods and ways of judging the answers generated.

We have created an online learning community using a reliable learning portal.
We can set up a dedicated area for your people - somewhere they can access recorded training sessions, supporting materials and regularly updated articles. They can be training we've run with your people, or just generic access to our content.
This is a surprisingly affordable option for small businesses, something that we administer ourselves to keep costs to a minimum. It is a great option for keeping the learning alive between training sessions and for introducing new topics, creating an ongoing learning experience for those eager to grow.
We began our journeys in blue chip professional services firms in different continents. In those worlds we learned the importance of highest standards, accuracy, delivery and impact.
We met six years ago while working for an SME lender—Heather as an Organisational Psychologist & Coach, and Jenefer as Head of People. Despite our differences, we connected instantly. Our contrasting styles bring a valuable balance to our work. When working within organisations, having diverse approaches ensures we can connect with and support a wide range of personalities.
