You won’t find case studies here — coaching is confidential and personal. What we can say is that, across more than 7,000 hours of coaching, we’ve supported people through all of the challenges above, as well as life changes, mental health struggles and major confidence dips. We have created this learning community for people who aren't receiving professional development in their workplace. Budgets have been squeezed since COVID and people are missing out.
We can set up something similar for your people - a portal where they can access recorded training sessions and supporting materials. They would be able to access training videos, supporting materials and access to a regularly-updated blog.
This is a surprisingly affordable option for small businesses, something that we administer ourselves, and could be a great option for keeping the learning alive between training sessions.
